I've stayed here about 10 times in past few years. As long as you get an updated room, it's good. Rooms are big and comfy. Free breakfast is great, and location is great for central/East Tucson.

The hotel is dated. Needs a make over. In room heater did not work. In room coffee maker did not work. Breakfast had few choices.

There was one guy on the night staff who was literally handling everything, you could see him taking trash, bringing people things and helping with maintenance.

This was a great value for staying 4 nights. Room was very big for one person. It would probably work for up to 4 people. Overall a nice place to stay. Maybe a little run down but not bad. Some of the washers didn't work. This place has a very good breakfast,tho. Would stay here again.
